We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to former Eunice High School Coach Paul Trosclair on his well-deserved induction into the 2026 Class of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) Hall of Fame! This honor is a testament to Coach Trosclairâs extraordinary contributions to high school athletics in Louisiana.
Coach Trosclair was honored at a special program held today at Eunice High School. Mr. Kenny Gennuso, representing the LHSAA Hall of Fame Committee, was on-site to make the presentation. The official induction ceremony is set for April 2026 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
With over four decades of dedicated coaching service in St. Landry, Allen, and Vermilion Parishes, Coach Trosclair built a legacy of excellence. His career is distinguished not only by the victories achieved on the field but also by his commitment to developing the character and integrity of the young athletes he has mentored.
Coach Trosclair's impact goes far beyond the field; he has been a true mentor and a pillar of the Eunice community. His commitment to Eunice High School is evidenced by his ongoing involvement with the Bobcat team, where his passion for coaching continues to inspire.
Coach Trosclairâs leadership and passion for the game, along with 207 of his 246 career wins at Eunice, solidified his place as the winningest coach in EHS history. He led the Bobcats to remarkable success, including the unforgettable 2018 Class 3A state championship.
Congratulations, Coach! You are a Bobcat legend, and we couldn't be prouder to see you recognized with this prestigious honor. đ
